Supplier performance excellence is fundamental to Boeing's success. Supplier of the Year and the Supply Chain Performance Achievement are the company's official programs to recognize suppliers who achieve the high performance standards necessary to meet customer expectations and remain competitive in the global economy.
Boeing’s Supplier of the Year is generally recognized as an industry-leading recognition program. Supplier of the Year will continue to build upon the program’s strong foundation by aligning the awards to the Supply Chain Principles.
2020 Supplier of the Year Awards have been paused for 2021, and will resume in 2022 based on 2021 performance.
The Supply Chain Performance Achievement (SCPA) is an annual program to recognize superior performance as measured in the Enterprise Supplier Performance Measurement (ESPM) system. Boeing generally announces SCPA recipients during the first quarter of the following year. The SCPA program replaced Boeing's Performance Excellence Award (BPEA) program.
